Shipping & dispatch

Most of our 14ct gold and titanium pieces are ordered in for you from our suppliers — typically about 7 days. If a piece is already in the Loughborough studio, we can usually dispatch in 1–2 days. We’ll email when it ships.

Free UK delivery on orders over £100. Free in-store fitting on collection.

Custom / personalised pieces: Made-to-order or personalised jewellery can take longer depending on the supplier. We’ll keep you updated. Cancellations or returns on custom pieces may incur a restocking fee and any shipping costs already incurred, as these items are made to your specification.

Shipping timeframe: Once a piece is ready in studio, we aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email with shipping details when it leaves us.

Estimated UK delivery: After dispatch, standard UK delivery is typically about 5–10 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and customs — please allow extra time.

Shipping methods: We use trusted courier services for secure delivery. For special shipping requests, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Tracking: Tracking details are emailed after dispatch and may take up to 24 hours to update.

International shipping: Customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply in your country and are the recipient’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Shipping address: Please provide a complete, correct address. We’re not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
