Custom Made To Order Products will take longer, FOR PERSONALISED AND CUSTOM JEWELLERY , CAN TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 28 DAYS TO 120 DAYS , AS THESE ARE CUSTOM MADE BY OUR SUPPLIERS.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY CANCELED OR RETURN ON ANY CUSTOM PIECE WILL INCUR A 50% RESTOCKING FEE ALONG WITH ANY SHIPPING FEES ALSO BEING DEDUCTED FROM THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT. as these are personal to your taste and may not be resold for some time.
we will update you on the progress of each stage of your order ensuring we aim to keep to a 28-day time frame however as this is a very personalised product we tend to focus on the quality ensuring that when you receive your order the product over-delivers on the origins promise.
